A tragic domestic incident has sparked public shock after a woman, identified as Favour Odoba, was alleged to have poisoned her husband following developments in their marriage.


According to preliminary reports, the couple had been married for nine years without having a child. The situation reportedly changed when the husband took a second wife, who recently gave birth to a baby less than two months ago.


Sources familiar with the incident disclosed that Favour allegedly invited her husband to spend the night with her. Hours later, the man was said to have fallen critically ill and was rushed to the hospital by Favour herself.


Medical personnel and law enforcement sources reportedly confirmed that the man was poisoned through food and injections, raising serious concerns about foul play. Despite efforts by doctors to stabilize him, the circumstances surrounding his condition triggered immediate police involvement.



Shortly after the incident, Favour was reported missing, and her whereabouts remain unknown as of the time of this report. Security agencies have launched a manhunt to locate her and to fully unravel the events that led to the alleged poisoning.


The victim, whose identity has not been officially released, is currently receiving medical attention, while investigations continue.
