President Tinubu Approves Up to 80% Salary Increase for Nigerian Armed Forces Personnel President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved a significant salary increase for members of the Nigerian Armed Forces, with personnel set to receive pay raises ranging from 30% to 80% , depending on their ranks. Two Chinese Nationals Jailed Five Years Each for Illegal Mining in Nigeria The Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos, has convicted and sentenced two Chinese nationals to five years’ imprisonment each for their involvement in illegal mining activities and the unlawful possession of mineral resources intended for export.
