Enugu State Launches New Sweepers and ESWAMA Trucks to Boost Cleanliness


The Enugu State Government has taken another visible step toward improving environmental sanitation with the launch of brand-new street sweepers and ESWAMA waste management trucks.


The newly unveiled equipment is expected to strengthen waste collection, improve street cleanliness, and enhance the overall look and feel of the city. Residents are hopeful that these new assets will deliver better results than previous efforts and mark a turning point in how waste is managed across the state.

Clean streets are more than just aesthetics, they are essential for public health, safety, and pride in our environment. With these new sweepers and trucks, the government is signaling renewed commitment to keeping Enugu clean, organized, and livable.


The equipment will support ESWAMA workers by making waste evacuation faster and more efficient, especially in busy urban areas where refuse often piles up quickly.
